When can I book my tickets?
(All periods commence 10am):
Premier & Gold Patrons priority: Mon 20 Jan
Silver Patrons priority: Tue 21 January
Bronze Patrons priority: Wed 22 January
Subscribers priority: Thu 23 January GENERAL BOOKING: Fri 24 January
GENERAL BOOKING: Fri 2 February
If you are not yet a patron, from Mon 29 Jan you may phone the box office, make your donation and book at the same time. Alternatively, use the secure donate button on the ENF website.
How can I book festival tickets?
Online
Online booking is available 24/7 on this website – https://eastneukfestival.com/
By phone
You can book your ticket by calling 0131 226 0008. The booking line is open Monday–Friday,10am-5pm.
Payment can be taken by credit or debit card for online and phone bookings. All tickets must be paid for at the time of placing the order. We cannot reserve tickets for any event.
In Person
Tickets will be available in advance from the Fringe Box Office, 180 High Street, EH1 1QS (open Monday–Friday,10am-5pm). From the start of the festival tickets will be available from the venues, subject to availability. Cash sales only at the venues.
Booking during the festival
Online until 10am on the day of the event. On the door from 30 mins before. Payment at venues is cash only. You may reserve tickets for events later in the day at a venue box office.
How can I pay for my tickets?
Credit and debit card payments can be made online, by phone and at the festival box office. Tickets purchased at the venue on the day of the event are cash only. All tickets must be paid for at the time of placing the order. We cannot reserve tickets for any events.
Are there any booking fees?
We charge on a per order basis to keep our booking fees as low as possible. Our booking fees are £1.00 per ticket, up to £5 per transaction and apply to online, telephone and in person.
Please note that booking fees are a cost incurred for processing the tickets and are non-refundable.
Are any discounts available?
Any ticket is £5 for 7–17 year olds.
Children under 7s not admitted except to Big Project.
What if I have access requirements?
For visitors that require a support worker or personal assistant, a complimentary ticket is available.
To book a free personal assistant ticket please contact our box office on 0131 226 0008.
Please note that free personal assistant tickets only include admission to the event and any associated catering, books or other goods which are included in the full ticket price are not applicable.
Are refunds or exchanges available?
All tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, with the exception of a cancelled event, which will be refunded within 28 days.
The festival reserves the right to change event line-ups and content may be subject to change. Refunds will not be issued if the event is still taking place.
Lost or stolen tickets are non-refundable.
No refunds or discounts will be given for a whole or partial event(s)not attended.
Can I reserve a seat?
Seating arrangements vary at each of our venues, and range from unreserved, to fully reserved. In some venues you are only reserving a seat on a particular row, and not a specific seat. East Neuk Festival reserves the right to reserve seating for invited guests, press and visitors with access requirements.
What time can I enter the event?
Ticket checking and entry to all events will vary between the different venues, but we recommend 30 mins before, unless specified. Venues do not have sheltered waiting areas.
Latecomers are not guaranteed admission, in whole or in part. If admitted, it may not be possible to take the seat you booked – standing may be the only option.
Are there luggage/cloakroom facilities?
There will be no storage facilities for luggage or coats at any of our venues during the festival.
Can I bring children?
Please adhere to the age range specified for concerts at East Neuk Festival.

How do I receive my tickets?
During the booking process you will be given the option to either collect your tickets from the venue on the day of the performance, or to have your tickets posted to you. Postage of tickets incurs a £1.50 fee, and tickets will be sent via Royal Mail. Dispatch of tickets will begin in May.
