Two remarkable musicians make a rare UK appearance for an hour of mesmerising solos and duos in the lovely setting of St Monans Kirk. Köll’s ‘great joy of playing and technical perfection’ matches the ‘brilliant, spontaneous, playful’ Temmingh superbly in this varied and colourful programme that explores five centuries of dance, song, sonatas and miniatures, including music by Bach and Scarlatti: an enticing tapestry of stories told through sound.
